Legal & General

For structured investment plans investors could lose some or all of their original investment if the securities provider was unable to repay us, for example if they became insolvent. For structured deposit plans, the money is not invested with us and we are not obliged to pay the investor if the deposit taker were to fail to repay the money that it owes.

If any plan is cashed in before the end of the investment term, the investor may get back substantially less than they had originally invested.

For capital at risk structured investment products, the returns provided by these plans are achieved by exposing investor's capital to risk. This means that at the end of the investment term they may not get back some or all of their original capital invested.
