- Q: Can I sacrifice commission on the Legal & General Structured Products?

A: Yes. An IFA can sacrifice commission up to the maximum of 3% for direct structured investments and for direct deposits but not for ISA investments. The sacrificed amount will result in an uplift of the initial investment amount for the customer.
Should an IFA wish to utilise this function, it needs to be clearly stated on their covering letter or application form, at submission stage.
